This app for DENVER BFH-12 fitnessband with heartrate monitor can help you watch your daily activity level + sleep level, you can watch your heartrate during the day aswell, make alarms and even turn on SMS or chat notifications. 
Very easy to use, and will give you a great overview, especially after a period of time where you can watch if you improve your daily activity level. 
The DENVER BFH-12 fitnessband are paired with your phone by Bluetooth connection, and will keep contact as soon as it is within range.
